There is no scrollbar in the form builder

I went to edit my form and i can't scroll down to edit the specific boxes.  Nothing on my end has changed from the last time i logged on.

There is a scrollbar but partly hidden or hidden at all based on the browser that you are currently using. If you hover your mouse to the edge of the screen, you'll see that the scrollbar will appear. If not, you should still be able to scroll by click-holding the left mouse button. Or, use your scrollbar to scroll up/down or keyboard down/up buttons.
