Square Integration: Credit card payment fails.

    Our society offers weekly classes and they were scheduled in a batch back in February cloning a working Jotform. They have worked fine until the last class (slated for May 4th). I set that class up just like all other classes. I was able to register & make payment back in Feburary.

    A member signed up today for a different class (cloned from the same original class) and payment worked fine. Then things went awry.

    1. Using same laptop at home, same ISP, and credit card she tried to sign up for the May 4th class. Payment failed: "Payment Error II. The request could not be authorized."
    2. Member tried a different credit card - same result.
    3. Member contacted her credit card company. They saw the first payment (one that worked). They saw no other attempts to pay for a class with that credit card. Transaction didn't make it to them.
    4. I tried to sign up myself for the class again - no problem, payment worked.
    5. The member came to our library and tried it there w/ same laptop. The attempt at our location (different ISP) failed again. We had her turn off laptop and restart, then try. Same failure.
    6. Within 5 mintues while next to her at our lbirary I again registered and payment was accepted.

    Based on the millions of forms for payment that you deal with, where would you look next to try and resolve this problem? No one else has attempted to sign up for that May 4th class using our online form but they will be attempting that soon.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties getting that feature to work. Can you send us the link to your form for us to investigate this issue? You mentioned that she already tried using a different ISP, but did she try to use a different device as well?
