Why is my payment integration Authorize.net is not working?

    How do I test in Authorize.net Sandbox. I have the proper credentials. When I preview or test I get this messsage.

    Error during transaction The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.

    Hello Robert,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with your current payment gateway. Authorize.net has a Sandbox Mode that allows making test payments/submissions, here's how to do enable that option:

    1. Click the Wand icon on the Product List element.
    2. Expand  the Additional Gateway Settings menu.
    3. Enable the Sandbox Mode option.
    4. Click the Save button to save the changes.
