How to revert back the deleted information from a form?

I need to get the form back to a previous version from about 6pm today. I was trying to add our PayPal account and this is what screwed things up and caused us to loose that part of the form and now I need the original information that was in there at 6pm tonight.

To clarify, you made some changes to your form, and you want the changes or information to be reverted back to your form fields? If yes, you can try to utilize your form revision history. Let me show you how with my demo form:

• In form builder, click on the green circular arrow.
• Then, on the right side panel, a revision history will appear.
• And choose the time stamp and changes that were made and click on Revert
