How to remove branding for paid accound?

I have a paid account. I created a short form from a template this morning here:

The Jotform name is at the bottom and the acknowledgement email sent also has the branding.

How do I make it disappear?

You can remove the JotForm branding at your account settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

I finally found I could modify the actual form and delete it there. Not very intuitive but damn is Jotform good. I cancelled Wufoo and moving to your guys.
