How can I link a photo with a specific caption?

Hi! I am wondering if there is a way to have a question that allows me to link a photo with a specific caption. For example, if I am walking through a site and want to take photos of items as I go, I want to be able to add a caption to each individual photo as it comes in (and have these connected in some way in the data output). Additionally, how would I be able to add an unlimited number of photos. Essentially, I need some way to create the functionality of a configurable list but with one of the columns being a photo. Thanks!

    Hi Aimy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

As a workaround, you can simply add a take photo widget with a long text field. Let me show you how:

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Widgets tab, search for the Take Photo widget and add it to your form.
    • Now, under the Basic tab, add a Long text field to your form.
