Explain what the envelopes mean on the Submissions Page

    Looking at the table diagram above...

    I get that Del = Delete

    I assume flag is for my own purposes.

    But I can't figure out what the very first heading does. It is called N...

    the icon changes from an open letter to a closed letter when I click it.

    What does it do?

    Your assumptions with the FLAG and DEL columns are correct. The one that says N... can be seen as NEW by adjusting the column width.

    🔘 OPENED envelopes are READ submissions

    🔘 CLOSED envelopes are UNREAD submissions

    Thanks so much for your prompt response. I guess that should have been obvious 😊
    Info: I could not adjust the column widths, I did try to do that.
    Using Firefox 58.0.2
    Windows 10
    Both recently updated, so maybe that’s why.
