I just got an email saying that I had reached my payments limit of 1 payment per month (which is correct). The email also says that my forms will be disabled on Monday if I don't upgrade.
Will all my forms be disabled or just the one that is set up to take payments?

All of your forms will be disabled if you do not upgrade your account.
The forms will be enabled again when the submission counter reset, which will happen on the first day of each month.
