IP Address included in the notification email being received

Good day!

Right now, we receive the notifications of our signed forms and that's great. 

Is there a way that the IP address is also included as a part of the signature of the client when we receive it on our email? 

You can display them next to each other by changing the order in your notification emails.

Other than that, it is not possible to include the IP address as a part of the signature field.
