    Hi There.

I have messaged about this issue before and followed all the advise that I was given at that time however, I am having the same issue still

Even though I have archived and then trashed the files it still tells me I have not space remaining.

Wondering if I am doing something wrong here?

    Many thanks.

    Hi Offshore,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've recalculated your account's upload space, and it lowered down the usage a bit, so that will require you to still delete submissions that have uploads to free up more space. I checked the following forms below, and it looks like they still have submissions in the trashed entries containing file uploads.

You will have to remove them to free up more space. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In the Jotform Table, click on the three dots icon beside the tab name.

    2. Select Trashed entries from the list of options.

    3. Next, select all or any particular submissions you would like to delete from the Trash Panel and click on Delete Forever.

    4. Lastly, click on Delete to confirm.

Give it a try and let us know if there's anything else we can help you with.
