I have Integrate Salesforce with my Account but it shows some Errors

I grant the Access and all required things are done but the page that I will create the form through shows the Error as the one in the screenshoot.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Could you please share the link where you are trying to create your form? It would also help us understand the issue better if you can take a recording of what is happening, then share it with us. You can save the recording in your Google Drive, then share the link with us.

Thanks for getting back to us. Could you please send us the Form URL you are having issues with so we can investigate it here on our end? Let me show you how to do it:

• On your Form Builder, at the color orange navigation bar, click on Publish.
• In the menu that will appear on the left side of your screen, select Quick Share.
• Click on Copy Link under the Share With Link.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
