I was wondering if it would be possible for someone who uses my form to see his previous submissions, perhaphs through the jotform app.

    Kind regards,

    Diede

    Hi Diede,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you did not assign the form to the respondents, the only way to track their previous submissions is through the autoresponder emails if you have set up one on your form.

However, if you want a user who frequently fills out your form to view and track their past submissions, you can assign the form to them. In this way, the users can view the form from their Assigned Form folder and have the option to fill out or view their submissions from their Jotform accounts. Take note that assigning the form will require the user to sign up for a Jotform account if they don't have one. Let me show you how to assign a form:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top of the page.
    2. Click on Assign Form on the left.
    3. Add the email address of the user/s.
    4. Give access to Submit and View.
    5. Click Send Invitation.

In the assigned user's account, here's how they can view the form and their past submissions:

    1. From the My Forms page, click on the Assigned Forms on the left.
    2. Hover the mouse over the form and click on View Submissions.

They will only be able to view the submission and not edit it.

Let us know if there's anything else we can help.

Certainly! If you’re using Jotform and want respondents to view their past submissions, you can follow these steps:

    Assign the Form to Respondents:

    1. Assign the form to the respondents. This way, they can view and track their past submissions.
    2. Note that this requires users to sign up for a Jotform account if they don’t have one.

    How to Assign a Form:

    1. In the Form Builder, click on “Publish” at the top of the page.
    2. Click on “Assign Form” on the left.
    3. Add the email addresses of the users.
    4. Give access to “Submit” and “View.”
    5. Click “Send Invitation.”
    6. Respondents’ View of Past Submissions:
    7. In the assigned user’s Jotform account:
    8. Go to the “My Forms” page.
    9. Click on “Assigned Forms” on the left.
    10. Hover the mouse over the form and click on “View Submissions.”

This way, users can access their form submissions from their Jotform accounts and view their past responses. Remember that assigning the form allows users to see their own submissions without viewing others’. DogNearMe
