Widget not working- I get error message once I try to edit the form.

Every time i want to edit ant form it says (Oops! Something went wrong and We couldn't initialize widget list. 

I have switched internet connections, cleared my cache,tried on multiple devices, same issue. Pls I need this resolved urgently, Its affecting the user experience on my platform.

I cloned your most recent form and was unable to reproduce the issue.  Which form is causing the issue and what specifically are you trying to edit that shows the error?  Let us know how this can be reproduced and we will be happy to have another look.
