Plan Cancellation/Refund

    Good morning, I would like to cancel my plan and receive a refund.

    Hello Brigitte,

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. We went ahead and canceled your subscription, your account got downgraded back to the Starter (Free) Plan. We also issued a refund for your latest charge. Please allow for 7-10 business days for the funds to appear on your account.
