Currently unable to load submissions for a new 'card' version form.

    Responses are visible via email notification, but they do not load if we are trying to access them directly from our jotform account. Just keeps saying its, "working . . . "

    I checked the submissions in one of your Card form https://form.jotform.com/80454347588164 and the encryption wizard appears. I can't proceed with checking your submissions since it is protected with a private key.

    If this doesn't happen on your end, it could be due to the private key file that is saved in your browser. Clearing your browser's cache will delete the private key file that is saved in your browser. You can then re-upload the private key file after. Can you please try to do that and see if this helps? Here's how to clear your browser's cache.

    If the problem persists, please provide a screenshot of your browser while the browser console window is opened so we can check if there are errors.

    I cleared the cache and then re-uploaded the key when prompted but I had the same issue - it just keeps trying to load the responses but never finishes.

    I created a Card form and enable encryption to test it further. Unfortunately, I was not able to replicate the issue. I also cloned your form to test it and I was able to decrypt the submission. Here's a screen capture of my first test:

    Could you please try disabling the Review Before Submit feature? You can disable it in the Form Settings section.
