How to add employee to view report

Hi CSML,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form titled Employee Details and I see that you created a visual report. So, I assume that you are trying to share the report with your employees. If that is the case, let me show you how to share a report:
- Access the My Reports page from the My Forms page using the menu at the top of the page.
- In the My Reports page, find the report, hover your mouse over it, and select Edit.
- Click on the Publish button and change the sharing settings to Public.
- Click on the Copy Link button and share the link with your employees.
