How to share my report with my employees?

How to add employee to view report

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form titled Employee Details and I see that you created a visual report. So, I assume that you are trying to share the report with your employees. If that is the case, let me show you how to share a report:

1. Access the My Reports page from the My Forms page using the menu at the top of the page.
2. In the My Reports page, find the report, hover your mouse over it, and select Edit.
3. Click on the Publish button and change the sharing settings to Public.
4. Click on the Copy Link button and share the link with your employees.
