Where are the Reply emails sent?

    When someone fills out a JotForm and then tries to reply to the SUMBIT notification, it is going to my private email instead of my business. How do I change that?

    Hi,

    It's easy to change the reply-to email when the customer replies to the email. You can check the steps below:

    1. Go to the Form Settings

    2. Go to Emails, hover your mouse over to the Autoresponder Email, then click on the Pencil Icon.

    3. Go to the Recipient's tab then update the Reply To Email Address.
