When someone fills out a JotForm and then tries to reply to the SUMBIT notification, it is going to my private email instead of my business. How do I change that?

Hi,
It's easy to change the reply-to email when the customer replies to the email. You can check the steps below:
- Go to the Form Settings
- Go to Emails, hover your mouse over to the Autoresponder Email, then click on the Pencil Icon.
- Go to the Recipient's tab then update the Reply To Email Address.
