I have checked your form and I can see the email address you're mentioning listed on the recipients.
You seem to be conditionally sending the emails; however, there is also an email notification that is sending to the address you mentioned, please note that this is why the user received the address even if he was not intended to.
Please check your email notifications and conditions to see that there is not any without a condition attached:
