I want to hide menu items that are not available at that time without having to delete them. Is it a way I could hide those items?

Hi Daji,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you are referring to the Product List element, yes, you can hide an item by disabling it. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Product List element, and click on the Shopping Cart or List icon.
- Then, hover your mouse over the item that you want to hide, click the Gear icon, and click on Disable. That's it.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi Daji,
Thanks for using Jotform. But if you are referring to the Product List element in the Jotform App, unfortunately, hiding an item is not possible. As a workaround, you can create a classic form similar to the one in my previous reply, and then convert it into an App. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click Publish from the top bar menu.
- Then, click on the Create App button at the bottom.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Thank you so much. I'll try what you suggested. It's alot of work having to delete and re-enter menu items on my app.
