Reply-to Email under Publish by Email not updating

    Hi! I am having trouble with this saving as this....each time that I send out a form, I have to go back and rechange this and it doesn't save.

    Hi Madison,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. After entering sender name and Reply-to Email, make sure to click on Save. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.

    Hi Madison,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your screenshot again, and I can see it is from a different section. Unfortunately, it is not possible to save a Reply To Email under Publish by Email settings. A workaround would be to copy the link of the form from the Publish page, and share it directly via your email.
