Getting message that I almost reach my upload space limit

I've deleted the files with uploads and purged the trash bin/permanently deleted them. Can you help me understand why I'm still receiving messages that I'm close to reaching my upload limit? I don't think I have anything still in there with an upload.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've recalculated your Upload Space usage, but you're currently at 82.55 MB / 100.00 MB. I've checked your account and can see that you have 38 submissions in your Trashed Folder under the Submit An Event Form. Please purge the submissions and get back to us so we can refresh your Upload Space storage. Let me show you how:

• In the Submission table, click on the Ellipsis icon and go to Trashed entries.
• Select All the submissions and click Delete Forever.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

That's so weird. I had purged them. I went back to check because you said they were still there, and they were! I purged them again. Please let me know if this worked.

Thanks for getting back to us. I've recalculated your Upload Space limit again, and it is now showing the correct usage, which is 237.49 KB / 100.00 MB. You can log out and log in, and you should also be able to see the updated usage in your account.
