Is it possible to have a multiple choice selection show an input text field?
ex. I have a multiple choice question "Who will be attending?" with answer options of "myself, my assistant, property owner, and nobody".
1- If "myself" is selected, then show nothing and user moves on to next question.
2- If "my assistant" or "property owner" is selected, then show "contact name" and "contact number" fields for user to input.
3- If "nobody" is selected, then I would like to show a text box so the user can input access instructions. ex. "key is under mat".
Thanks for your time.
