We too would like the ability to customize the email address that the Signed PDF goes to and to customize the associated auto response email. It would be nice to have the option that the signed PDF goes to the applicant who signed the form and not just to the person who created the form. Also, customization for the email would be nice rather than the generic "Your form was completed successfully". The settings to customize this email should be placed within the "Email" tab of the Settings tab of the form so all email customization settings are in a centralized location and easy to locate.

Hi Elizabeth,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, it is not possible yet to change the template of the Signature confirmation email and the option to change the destination email. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
