Using the bracket symbol creates extra space in the subject line of Email Notification

Beim erstellen eines Dynamischen Betreffs wird ein Leerzeichen zwischen Formularfeld und dem nächsten Zeichen erzwungen, siehe Screenshot.

Wir sind darauf angewiesen, dass das Leerzeichen entfernt werden kann. Wie kann ich das lösen?

Now, coming back to your question, I am sorry you're having trouble with this. When I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the problem, I was able to replicate it. After some testing, I noticed that this behavior is only happening if you use the "]" character. Using any other character does not replicate this problem. Check out this screenshot below:

Unfortunatly we need the ] character, as the ticketingsystem then automaticly adds this to the ongoing ticket. Other characters do not work and while our ticketsystem contains a workflow automation tool, it is unable to automaticly merge tickets.

Can we use the charachter without the issue of the space?

Thanks for getting back to us and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this.  There haven’t been any updates from the developers yet.

Please note that this issue is happening because the left bracket [ and right bracket ] are executed as codes rather than plain text. As a workaround, you can use characters "]" instead of "]" just like as shown below:
