I need a subject titled "Classes" and a box where a certain class is typed in, how to do this?

We have many classes, we need a line that the customer can type in the class that they want.

Hi Earl,
Thanks for getting back to us. Do you want to have a field that allows users to type or add their preferred classes to attend? If so, you can use the Dynamic Textbox widget since it allows users to add additional text boxes. Since you want your users to type the class they want, this widget might be helpful. Let me show you how to add it to your form:
- In Form Builder, click the Add Form Element.
- Under the widgets tab, search and add the Dynamic Textbox to your form.
