Are you able at up a form with a unique link that is attached to a particular group?

For example we get a lead booker who books for a whole group. So, we would need lead booker to distribute the link to his group and we could then check how many people had signed it based on how many he/she has booked in for

    Hi Joe,

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. You can achieve this by using the Manual Prefill feature. First, add a short text field for the lead booker and manually prefill it with the lead booker's name. Then, share the specific link with the lead booker. When someone fills out the form using this link, the short text field for the lead booker will automatically populate with the lead booker's name. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements.
    2. Under Basic, drag and drop the Short Text element to add it to your form. Prefill: Setting Up a Form with a Unique Link Image 1 Screenshot 40

Now, let me show you how to set up the Manual Prefill option:

    1. In Form Builder, go to Publish.
    2. Go to Prefill, and then click on Manual Prefill.
    3. Click Add a New Prefill.
    4. Fill out the fields that you want to be populated.
    5. To copy the URL, click on Create, then click the Three-dot icon and select Copy URL. Prefill: Setting Up a Form with a Unique Link Image 2 Screenshot 51

That's it. Your lead booker can now share the specific URL that was created, and it will automatically populate with his/her name. This way, you can easily track how many people have signed up based on how many the lead booker has booked for.

If your form is embedded on a webpage, you may want to check the Get Referrer widget. This widget will automatically collect all referral URLs when people fill out your form.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
