Unable to get into jotform account

Hi. I am taking over our jotform account, which is (tsmc1234 - username). I tried to reset the password, but I have no idea what email it is sending the reset password to. Is there anyway I can get into our account?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked the account and can see that it's linked to the email address sm**min@g***c.org. I've resent the password reset email, can you log in to that Gmail and check if you received the email? Please also check your Spam and Junk mail.
