Unable to receive Notification Email

    We have noticed that several of the forms that are being created are not coming to the email address on file. One person created 5 forms but only 2 loaded in the emails.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry if you're having issues with your forms. Can you please explain more about the person who created 5 forms? They submit your form 5 times, but only 2 Notification Emails that you are able to receive, is that right? If so, can you please share the form URL so we can look into it?
