Email recipient conditions error

    Hello! 

    I just went to adjust my form, which had previously been sending responses to multiple team member's emails, and when I went to save my changes (in "equals to" field), I got an error stating that if I want to send responses to multiple emails, I need to upgrade my account? I was not, however, adding any more recipients for this email "send to" condition, only changing the condition for which an email was sent. Which I can not do or save due to this error message. This condition has already been sending responses to multiple emails for months now. 

    Have the capabilities with my free account suddenly changed? Or is there some other glitch causing this error?

    I see that you have created 4 Email Notifications on your form.

    Users in the FREE plan can only create one Email Notification now. That is why you cannot upgrade the condition. Also, the number of recipients of that Email Notification is limited to 1.

    Hi, 

    Is this a new policy? Seems like it was abruptly changed without prior notification to current users.
