I, with paid account, can see folders and forms created by sub-users, however when the sub-user logs in they do not see the shared folder or forms. This started yesterday, February 26, 2018 (MST)

Now appears to be resolved, thank you for the quick fix!

You're right, this is now resolved after our developers were alerted to the problem.
