Jott form says my API limit has exceeded. What does this mean?. Noticed that my last Five submissions did not record.

Can you please tell us where did you see/receive that message?
I can see that you did not create an API key but there are some authorized apps that use the JotForm API. You can check them here: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/api
I have reset your daily API limit and everything should be working correctly. You can read more about it here: Daily API Call Limits
I have also made a test submission in one of your forms and it was successful.
