JPEG files are no longer viewable when accessing the link with Safari

    I have a form that sends an email to my client... For some reason he can view PNGs with no issue, but when it comes to jpeg, he has to go to more and save for each photo, he doesn't want to have to download images to his phone to view them, so can you provide any help or insight on how to get him to be able to view the jpeg image links without downloading it? (screenshot attached)
