Card Form: How to remove products navigation/pagination element on embedded form?

I made a form using the Product order form from your 'cards' templates and had it on my website and was working fine.

Today I went to make another and experienced issues when adding more than one product 

I checked the form I made previously which is on my website and it is also not working now.

I am attaching a screen shot as well as the URL for the form. You should be able to check by making your own form from this template.

Please let me know if and when fixed, or how to fix.

It seems that the products pagination element is added by the form due to the size of the embedded form container.

I have attached a bug report ticket to this thread and escalated it to our developers. We will get back to you once we have any updates.
