    Hi there,

Our forms have been disabled because we are a HIPAA compliant healthcare organization and have webhook integrations on all our forms.

This is causing a significant disruption to our Medicare Advantage plan and operations, therefore we kindly request that you re-enable all our forms, and work with us to find a suitable solution going forward.

How have you communicated this change and its impact? We've not been aware of the change, only the disruption that it's causing.

Why, exactly, are webhook integrations not considered HIPAA-compliant?

Please get back to us as soon as possible with a resolution.

    Thank you.

    Hi Troy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Some integrations may require being re-integrated after you transfer your forms to HIPAA. I would suggest that you do the following:

    1. Edit your form on the form builder, go to the settings tab and the integrations section, copy the links you have currently configured on Webhook, and remove the integration.
    2. After enabling HIPAA compliance on your account, you can proceed with enabling the Webhook integration again.

You can check this guide about How to Set HIPAA PHI Fields on Your Forms.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Camila,

    Thanks for the quick response.

This approach seems to work, we are now re-enabling the webhook integrations.
