Subuser cannot see shared forms

Hi. I was approached by one of our subusers that they cannot see the forms under shared with me. See attached screenshot. I can see the forms from my end.

They tried different computers and different browsers. login for subuser is ljohnson@pccc.edu.

Please advise. Thank you.

This should now be fixed.  Sub-users can now view the shared folder once again.  Let us know if they are still unable to do so and we  will be happy to have another look.
