How do I widen columns in the Input Table?

I have attempted to enter the CSS but the size of the columns do not go past 300px I have attached a screen shot of my table. Please advise I am trying to put the question on a single line with the answer at the end

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry if you're having difficulties with this. I cloned and tested your form and I ran into the same issue. Can you try to remove the Table Width in the Input Table options to see if this will work for you? Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select the Input Table and click on the gear icon.
2. Then, go to Options tab.
3. Remove the pixels in the Table Width.
