I am recreating a form to use the new cards system this year.
When I use the Form Designer, I can choose all sorts of custom color options, and they show up in the "BUILD" display (See screenshot). But it doesn't seem to show up anywhere in the THEMES area after I have named and saved it. And when I test out my form in action (Preview Form or Publish), it just reverts to the default white/gray colors.

I have checked your form and it has the upgraded colors, you may need to clear your forms cache in order to have the latest changes reflected, this guide will help you clearing your forms cache: https://www.jotform.com/help/229-How-to-Clear-Your-Form-Cache
Regarding the custom theme, I have replicated the same, although the theme is saved it does not appear under the custom tab, I will forward this to our second level so our developers can have a look on this.
We will keep you updated via this thread.
