decrypt submissions

We created a form that we didn't know had been encrypted. We recently received a form submission but can't read the information that was entered because it was encrypted. We have since fixed the settings for the form so future submissions will not be encrypted but is there a way to unencrypt the the data from the initial submission that had encrypted data?

    Thank you.

The only way to decrypt your submissions is to user your generated Key when you encrypted your form.

If you lost your key, kindly check it in your download page or folders.

We cannot create a new key to open old submissions, we can only create a new key for the new submissions.

You can check this article for more information .
