If you received the link to an uploaded file through a JotForm form it may be possible that the form's owner does not allow files to be loaded for others, you may need to ask him to check the privacy settings and make sure that the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" option is not checked on the settings page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
