How can I conditionally change the thank you message?

I'm unable to update the custom message in Conditions when using Cards template. See screenshot. The editing tools aren't available.

The thank you message can be changed, you can replace the default text with a custom one, to remove or change the image on the thank you page you only need to click on it. Example:
