What happened to our form? We got a

    Hello,

    Our JotForm "Generation Joshua Student Action Team Registration Form" (form ID 22145544294150) was giving us the error "TypeError" followed by "Object" repeated numerous times.  It's now working, and unfortunately I didn't take a screenshot during the period it was not working.

    What happened?  How can we prevent this from happening again?  It's extremely critical that we keep this form up, as we're in the middle of a calling campaign recruiting for these teams.  We can't be telling people to go to our website and fill out a form that doesn't work!

    Edit: I see that these support requests are publicly available.  Accordingly, I am removing my phone number and email address.  I'm not aware of any other way to contact you privately--if there is a way, please advise.
