How to tally total products and upload images for each product

I just started using Jotform. I am interested in creating a form for a vending machine business. I am interested in seeing what products, whether it is drinks, snacks, or candy most people like. I am thinking of a simplistic form that divides each section by drinks, candy, and snacks. Each section will have a 300x300 image with a radio button under it. There will be up to maybe 15 selections. I can select multiple selections in one section, and have it tally-ed at the end so I know exactly which are the highest demand products for my vending machine.

I have tried some of the widgets but I could not produce this. Could you please assist me?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use Image Radio Buttons to show your images. Let me show you how to do that:

• In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Widgets tab, search for Image Radio Buttons, and drag and drop an Image Radio Button Widget to your form. That's it.

Thanks for the response. I have already tried "Image Radio Buttons." How does this allow me to accomplish what I just explained? Such as multiple selections, tallying, imaging sizing etc. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add your products along with their images on the Product list field. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, on the left side of the page, click on the Add Form Elements menu.
• Hover your mouse over the Product List, and drag and drop it onto your form.

• Add your products and upload the images for each.
• Next to the Product List, click on the List icon, and in the menu on the right side of the page, click on Settings.
• Scroll down a bit, and then toggle Enable Categories to the On position.
• Enter your category name, and click on Add.
• Repeat the process to add more new categories.

• Now in the Product List, click on the Edit icon, and enter your product details.
• In the same menu, under Select a Category, choose your category, and then click on Save. And that’s it. You’re done.

To tally your products, you can use the Summarize with a Chart Feature. We have a Summarize with a Chart feature that you can use to count the total number of different products that you've sold. It's easy to use. I'll show you how:

• On your Jotform Tables page, click on the My Products column.
• In the list that comes up, click on Summarize with a Chart.
• You can change the chart type by clicking on Chart Type on the right side of the page.

You can also create a Report View on the Jotform Tables page. Let me show you how:

• On your Jotform Tables page, click the Add Tab and then select Reports.
• Choose your form and click on Next.
• Now, choose the Report Type you want to use.
• In Report View, click on the Gear icon on the right side of the page to open Chart Settings. Here, you can change the Chart Type.
