Some files are uploaded according the required type and size limit, but they cannot be opened by clicking on the e-mail links. I just see a 404 error message.
Please check these attached files as examples:
May you please verify what happens?
Thanks in advance.

Hi InstalaSol,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand how frustrating this is for you, and I’ll do my best to help you. When a user attempts to access images or attachments while not logged into their Jotform account, you'll see a 404 error message as part of our privacy policy option. To make them accessible without logging in to Jotform, let me show you how:
- Click your Profile Picture in the top-right corner of the navigation.
- To view the profile page for your account, click on your name.
- Navigate to the Security tab.
- Under the Privacy settings, uncheck the box that says Require log-in to view uploaded files, and you're done!
That's it! Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
