I'm really confused about how the system works I had someone clear my cache yesterday but my form still isn't working but showing everything is in the green on my end? It's saying it's over allocated quota.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. I'll do my best to help you. I've checked out the screenshot you shared with us. Your account is in good standing and the upload space shows 37.26 MB out of 100 MB.
When I tried to access your Tattoo Consultation Form, I was able to open it without any issues. Here is a screenshot:
When I cloned and tested your form, I could not replicate any issues. I was able to submit your form. Let me share the screencast below:
It will be helpful if you can clear your Google Chrome browser's caches and test again. It should resolve an issue. If the issue persists, send a screencast using Loom or any other available software.
