I have tested and been using this on some of my forms previously and it is working correctly. Could we please have the link or form id to the form that is giving you trouble with your autoresponder on this way we can investigate the problem further for you?

Deygus - here is the form link or form id.
I also find that the forms in 'My Forms' seem to randomly disable themselves - ho wdo I stop this please ?

You have set a submission limit of '5' for forms Hearts and Butterflies Order and Clone of Hearts and Butterflies Order. Remove this limitation to prevent your forms from getting disabled.
Please refer to the image below to learn how to change it. Do not forget to save your form afterwards.
As for the autoresponder issue, may I ask which of those two forms are giving you problems?
