Brad213Asked on April 17, 2024 at 3:25 PMMy question was this, before doing this or going any further, I want to create an app. and I wanted to know if I could the the document call FORM from the form builder that I created and somehow import it to the app. From what I read it stated I could do that but I don't have the instructions. if it's not possible I can certainly reporduce the FORM line by line in the app. Sorry for this and appreciate any insights or thoughts you have. Brad
One last thing. should I finalize the FORM prior to conversion to an app or is it ok to transfer what I have (if I can in fact transfer it) then add things like approvals, email integration etc?

Hi Brad,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, this is possible. But we recommend that you complete the form first before you can convert it into an app. Let me show you how to do it:
The first option is to convert the form into an app:
- In Form Builder, click on Publish from the top bar menu.
- Then, click on the Create App. It will automatically open an App builder with the converted form.
The second option is to add the created form to the existing App:
- On your App Builder, add a Form element from the left panel menu.
- Then, select the app that you want to add, and click Add Forms.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
