How do I export a form (with the submissions) from one account to another?

I have an jotform personal account, I want to migrate some of the forms to our shared account at the office (I am a sub-user). I want to migrate the form and all the submissions from my personal account to my office account. How do I do this?

    Thanks.

You can move a form from your sub-account to the main account by dragging and dropping the form to the shared folder.

    See the cast below:

The accounts are separate and not a sub-account. I have a main account. I also have a sub-account (from a different main account). The solution you mentioned above may not be applicable.

We can move the forms to another account for you.

Please make the request to move the forms from the account that the forms are currently in.
We would need the Form IDs and the target account username (where to move the forms).

How do I make a request?

The form name is Participant's Profile. It is located in my personal account, with username "emilennkate". I want to move it to my office account "dimples_sacdalan", which is a sub-user under the username "vincerap".

    Thank you.

You can make the request the same way you opened this post — https://www.jotform.com/contact

Make sure that you are logged in to your personal account that owns the form before making the request. In the request, indicate the target account and the form(s) that you would like to be transferred, as instructed by my colleague above.
