Hi Jotform!
I've had some user feedback on one of our forms that is showing an error page/message after submission, however the form is successfully submitted. See screenshot.
This has been showing up over the last week based on the comments I've received. How do we get the "Thank You" page back?

Hi Kate,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you are having issues with this. When a user is redirected from the Thank You Page to a missing or incorrect ID form, the user will get the error as shown in your screenshot. I also couldn't find a form with the same ID as your screenshot.
Can you please provide the form URL you are having issues with? In addition, you can easily disable the Redirect feature and utilize the default Thank You page after someone submits the form. Here's how to do it:
- Click Settings in Form Builder.
- Go to the Thank You Page tab.
- Select the "Show a Thank You Page after submission" option.
