How to update the Subject for the Approval flow decline email

    For some reason our auto response when the form is sent says, "your request has been denied" I want it to say "your request has been received".

    I want to have my form to be emailed & approved by different groups. I have emails being attached by my departments but I had to add all approvers in and that is causing everyone in the group to see and ability to approve the request. Any way to have separate approvals set up based off "department selection"

    Hi tdashiell,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This can be edited on your Approval Flow. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to Form Builder at the top left corner of the page, and click on Approvals. Or you can access it here.
    2. Click on Settings for the Decline email.How to update the Subject for the Approval flow decline email Image 1 Screenshot 30

    You can then edit the Email Subject.
