How to revert form to its previous version?

Hello! I need my form reverted back to it was on 4/16/24

Thanks for reaching back to Jotform Support. Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Reverting your form to its previous version is easy. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the green link at the top part of the page, right below the form title.

2. The Revision History panel pops up on the right side of the page. Click on the date that you want the version to be reverted to.

3. Click on Revert.
